Net loss per share, diluted$(0.08)$(0.03)$(0.13)$(0.08)
Because we are in a net loss position, 1.9 million and 2.9 million shares for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, were dilutive, but were not included in the computation of diluted net loss per share because their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive. Therefore, basic net loss per share is the same as diluted net loss per share. Also approximately 10.9 million and 2.5 million equivalent shares for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share because their impacts are anti-dilutive.
Because we are in a net loss position, 2.1 million and 3.1 million shares for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, were dilutive, but were not included in the computation of diluted net loss per share because their inclusion would have been anti-dilutive. Therefore, basic net loss per share is the same as diluted net loss per share. Also approximately 7.1 million and 6.0 million equivalent shares for the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted net loss per share because their impacts are anti-dilutive.
