Common Stock and Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock	Common Stock and Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock Common stock The Company is authorized to issue a total of 1.45 billion shares consisting of 700 million shares of Class A common stock, 700 million shares of Class B common stock, and 50 million shares of preferred stock all with a par value per share of $0.00001. The Class A common stock is entitled to one vote per share and the Class B common stock is entitled to twenty votes per share. The Class A and Class B common stock have the same dividend and liquidation rights. The Class B common stock converts to Class A at any time at the option of the holder. Additionally, each share of Class B common stock will convert automatically into one share of Class A common stock upon any transfer, except for certain transfers described in the restated certificate of incorporation. In January 2021, the Company repurchased 50,000 shares of common stock from a former employee for an aggregate price of $0.5 million The repurchased shares of common stock were retired and recorded as a reduction of Class B common stock and additional paid-in capital. In May 2021, the Company repurchased 100,000 shares of common stock from a former employee for an aggregate price of $2.3 million. The repurchased shares of common stock were retired and recorded as a reduction of Class B common stock and additional paid-in capital. Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock In April 2021, the Company amended and restated its certificate of incorporation such that the redeemable convertible preferred stock automatically converts into shares of common stock upon the effectiveness of the Direct Listing. On May 14, 2021, the holders of the Series A preferred stock and Series B preferred stock converted all outstanding shares of preferred stock into 24.2 million shares of Class B common stock.
