Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 24 SUBSEQUENT EVENT For the period July 1 through August 7, 2023, there were 450,619 exercises of the Company’s outstanding warrants, for a total of $2.3 million.  As of August 7, 2023, there were 2,143,506 of the Company’s warrants outstanding, $5.00 strike price, that expire on September 15, 2023.
