Other Charges	NOTE 15 – OTHER CHARGES During the first quarter of fiscal 2017, the Company recorded $1.8 million in compensation related expenses in the United States location of the Wholesale segment associated with the retirement of the Company’s Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. At July 31, 2016, $0.4 million was included in accrued liabilities.
