[1] The operating loss in the Watch and Accessory Brands Segment included $10.7 million and $5.5 million of unallocated corporate expenses for the three months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and $14.6 million and $14.1 million of certain intercompany profits related to the Company's supply chain operations for the three months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
[2] The operating loss in the Watch and Accessory Brands segment for the three months ended July 31, 2025, included a pre-tax charge of $0.9 million related to the Company's cost-savings initiative and a pre-tax charge of $2.1 million of professional fees related to the investigation of allegations of misconduct within the Dubai branch of the Company's Swiss subsidiary.
[3] The operating (loss)/income in the Watch and Accessory Brands Segment included $18.7 million and $15.0 million of unallocated corporate expenses for the six months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and $28.6 million and $28.3 million of certain intercompany profits related to the Company's supply chain operations for the six months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
