Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Royalty Trust Right of First Refusal The Company is a party to the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of SandRidge Mississippian Trust I (the “SDT Trust”), dated April 12, 2011, by and among the Company, the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., and the Corporation Trust Company (the “Trust Agreement”). Pursuant to the Trust Agreement, the Company has a right of first refusal with respect to any sale of assets of the SDT Trust to a third party following the occurrence of certain events (a “Triggering Event”). On October 23, 2020, the SDT Trust announced the Trust will be required to dissolve and commence winding up beginning as of the close of business on November 13, 2020.
