Subsequent Event	Note 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On May 15, 2013, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire the Golden Guernsey dairy plant in Waukesha, WI. The acquisition will increase the production capacity of Lifeway by approximately 170,000 square feet. The purchase price is approximately $7.4 million and the acquisition closed July 2, 2013.
