Subsequent Events	Note 15 – Subsequent events In March 2020, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as a pandemic, which continues to spread throughout the United States. On March 16, 2020, the food industry, including grocery stores and their suppliers, and transportation were classified by the U.S. federal government as critical infrastructure industry. The Company is closely monitoring the impact of the pandemic on all aspects of its business, including how it will impact its customers, team members, suppliers, vendors, business partners and distribution channels. While the Company has not incurred significant disruptions subsequent to December 31, 2019 from COVID-19, it is unable to predict the impact that COVID-19 will have on its financial position and operating results due to numerous uncertainties.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
