Edmonton, Alberta, August 1, 2012 - North American Energy Partners Inc. (“NAEP” or “the Company”) (TSX / NYSE: NOA) announced today that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2012 on the evening of August 8, 2012 after market close.
