RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST NOTIFICATION

Edmonton, Alberta, January 21, 2016 - North American Energy Partners Inc. ("NAEP" or "the Company") (TSX:NOA / NYSE:NOA) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2015, on the evening of Tuesday, February 16, 2016, after market close.
