Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 1 5 .      SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2019 through July 31, 2019, we sold through Cowen an additional 334,751 shares of our Class A common stock, under the “at the market” Sales Agreement, resulting in net proceeds to us of $7,557,692 (See Note 11 ). Subsequent to June 30, 2019, Boston Omaha Corporation invested approximately $29,000,000 in a marketable equity security using proceeds from maturing treasury investments.
