Concentrations of Credit Risk	Concentrations of Credit Risk Financial instruments which potentially expose the Company to concentrations of credit risk consist primarily of cash and cash equivalents. The cash balance at times may exceed federally insured limits, however, the Company places its cash and temporary cash investments with financial institutions for which credit loss is not anticipated. For the three and six months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, the Company’s operating revenue was entirely from upfront, fully paid fees received from the Company’s spectrum customers as discussed in Note 2 Revenue. As of September 30, 2023 and March 31, 2023, the Company does not have an outstanding accounts receivable balance.
