Retirement Plan	11. Retirement Plan The Company has a participatory deferred compensation plan under which it matches employee contributions up to 2% of an eligible employee’s yearly compensation.  Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after one year of service.  The Company contributed approximately $13,800 and $14,200 to the Plan during fiscal 2012 and fiscal 2011, respectively.  The plan is qualified under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.
