Deferred Income and Other Current Assets	Note (4) - Deferred Income and Other Current Assets: Deferred income mostly represents payments of $2,028,243 received by the Company from a customer whose shipments were delayed (through no fault of the Company) as a result of delays in obtaining governmental construction permits. Other current assets consists mostly of a $2,433,717 pre-payment made by the Company to vendors for specialized equipment on order.
