Retirement Plan	11.  Retirement Plan The Company has a participatory deferred compensation plan under which it matches employee contributions up to 3% of an eligible employee’s yearly compensation.  Employees are eligible to participate in the plan after one year of service.  The Company contributed approximately $21,600 and $19,500 to the Plan during fiscal 2014 and fiscal 2013, respectively.  The plan is qualified under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code.
