Equity Investments	The Company acquired equity interest in a company in the first quarter of 2018. The Company made a $1.0 million capital contribution during the three months ended March 31, 2018. The Company also contributed certain intellectual property. As of March 31, 2018, the Company owned 12.5% interest in this investment and the carrying value of the Company's investment is $3.9 million.
