Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

Bank of Marin Bancorp (Nasdaq: BMRC), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank of Marin, will close its branch at 600 Trancas Street in Napa on March 5, 2021. The staff in this branch will be relocated to other Bank offices. The Bank will continue to serve customers in Napa at 2007 Redwood Road and 1715 Second Street, as well as at its 23 other locations across the Bay Area.
