Subsequent Events	Note 17 – Subsequent Events On October 30, 2023, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company determined to forego the declaration and payment of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the fourth quarter of 2023. Additionally, the Board made the decision to suspend future quarterly dividend payments until further notice. The decision was based on the desire to preserve capital.
