Digitalist Group Plc’s (“Digitalist Group” or the “Company”) CFO and member of the Management Group Hans Parvikoski has decided to continue his career outside of the Company and his employment with Digitalist Group will end at January 31, 2020.
The Board will start the search for a new CFO immediately.
