Income Taxes	Note 7 Income Taxes The provision for income taxes for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010 consists of federal, state and city income taxes. As of June 30, 2011, the Company and its subsidiaries had a capital loss carry forward of approximately $1.9 million. The capital loss carry forward is available to offset capital gains in future years.
