Subsequent Event	Note 11 Subsequent Event On April 10, 2013 a client notified the Company that in connection with a recently announced acquisition, it would be replacing DHCM and another unaffiliated adviser, as the sub-advisers on two accounts in June 2013. The revenue generated from two accounts currently represents approximately 2.6% of the Company’s annualized revenue.
