Line of Credit	Line of Credit The Company has an uncommitted Line of Credit Agreement (the "Credit Agreement") with a commercial bank that matures in December of 2018 and permits the Company to borrow up to $25.0 million. Borrowings under the Credit Agreement bear interest at a rate equal to LIBOR plus 1.50%. The Company has not borrowed under the Credit Agreement as of and for the period ended June 30, 2018. No interest is payable on the unused portion of the Credit Agreement. The proceeds of the Credit Agreement may be used by the Company and its subsidiaries for ongoing working capital needs, to seed new and existing investment strategies and other general corporate purposes. The Credit Agreement contains representations, warranties and covenants that are customary for agreements of this type.
