On March 15, 2023, the Company returned to Avenue (as defined below) the $4.0 million held in restricted cash to pay down a portion of the outstanding Avenue Loan (defined below) balance. On March 31, 2023, the letter of credit for the sub-lease agreement for office space at 1633 Broadway, New York, NY expired.
