SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2023, the Company entered into a sublease agreement for a new office space in Waltham, MA. The term of the sublease commences on July 1, 2023 and will terminate on July 31, 2024. The Company is obligated to pay approximately $5,800 per month over the term of the lease . On June 2, 2023, the Company entered into a one-year term lease agreement for a new office space in Zagreb, Croatia which commenced on July 1, 2023. The Company has the option to renew for a period of five years. The Company is obligated to pay approximately $2,800 plus VAT or approximately $3,500 per month over the term of the lease.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
