The Company records stock-based compensation expense in selling, general and administrative expenses in the condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income. During the first quarter of 2014, the Company granted restricted stock awards covering 233 shares of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Incentive Stock Plan, of which 30 shares were awarded to executive officers of the Company and 114 shares remained subject to acceptance at March 31, 2014. During the first quarter of 2013, the Company granted restricted stock awards covering 228 shares of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Incentive Stock Plan, of which 24 shares were awarded to executive officers of the Company.

 

No shares of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Restricted Stock Plan were granted to Non-Employee Directors during the first quarter of  2014 or 2013.
