The Company records stock-based compensation expense in selling, general and administrative expenses in the condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss). During the quarter ended March 31, 2015, the Company granted restricted stock awards covering 273 shares and units of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Incentive Stock Plan. As of March 31, 2015, 148 shares or units under awards remained subject to acceptance and 60 shares under awards were granted to executive officers of the Company during the quarter. During the quarter ended March 31, 2014, the Company granted restricted stock awards covering 233 shares of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Incentive Stock Plan, of which 30 shares were awarded to executive officers of the Company.

 

No shares or units of common stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Restricted Stock Plan were granted to Non-Employee Directors during the first quarter of 2015 or 2014.
