Subsequent Event	(18)  Subsequent Event On April 2, 2015, the Company acquired 65% of the equity interests in Wuxi Easyway Model Design and Manufacture Co. Ltd, a manufacturing service bureau and distributor of 3D printing and scanning products in China. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has an option to acquire the remainder of the equity interests between the third and fifth anniversary of the closing.
