Subsequent Event	16.  Subsequent Event The Company’s common stock is currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). On October 23, 2012 the Company received notification from the NYSE that it was no longer in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards because its average market capitalization was less than $50 million over a 30 trading-day period and its most recently reported shareholders’ equity was less than $50 million.
