[1] During the fourth quarter ended April 30, 2016, the Company's loss from operations of $462,000 was the result of accelerated amortization related to the cessation of software development for certain data galleries.
[2] During the fourth quarter ended April 30, 2015, the Company's loss from operations of $560,000 was the result of 12 weeks of print revenues recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015 as compared to 13 weeks recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014, accelerated write-off of $138,000 related to obsolete software and an additional direct mail campaign in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015.
