Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 14, 2024, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.44 per share, to be paid on December 30, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2024. Future dividends will be subject to approval by our Board of Directors.
