Legal Matters and Contingencies [Text Block]	From time to time, we are a party to various legal proceedings in the ordinary course of our business.  While management is unable to predict the ultimate outcome of these actions, it believes that any ultimate liability arising from these actions will not have a material adverse effect on our financial position, results of operations or cash flow.  We are not currently a party to any material legal proceedings and we are not aware of any other threatened litigation.
