Exel Composites has today 28 February 2020 published its Annual Financial Report
for 2019. The Annual Financial Report for the period from 1 January to 31
December 2019 includes the Board of Directors’ Report, the review by the
President and CEO, the consolidated financial statements, the financial
statements of the parent company and the auditor’s report.
In addition, Exel Composites’ Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration
Statement for 2019 and remuneration policy have been published.
