Lessee, Operating Leases [Text Block]	Note 13. Leases The company leases office, warehousing and manufacturing space. Total non-cancellable operating leases in effect at March 31, 2019, require rental payments of $653, $443, $230, and $48 for the years ending March 31, 2020 through 2023, respectively.  Lease expense for all operating leases was $763, $735, and $655 during the years ended March 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
