Acquisition of Hotel Properties	Acquisition of Hotel PropertiesOn August 3, 2021, the Company acquired both the Residence Inn Austin Northwest/The Domain Area ("RI Austin") hotel in Austin, TX for $37.0 million and the TownePlace Suites Austin Northwest/The Domain Area ("TPS Austin") hotel in Austin, TX for $34.3 million. The Company allocated the purchase price of each hotel acquired based on the estimated fair values of the assets on the date of acquisition. Property acquisition costs of $0.1 million were capitalized in 2021.
