Common Dividends

The Company declared total dividends on common shares of $ 0.27 per share and distributions on LTIP units of $ 0.27 per unit for the nine months ended September 30, 2025. The Company declared total dividends on common shares of $ 0.21 per share and distributions on LTIP units of $ 0.21 per unit for the nine months ended September 30, 2024. Preferred Dividends
