Common Dividends

The Company declared total dividends on common shares of $ 0.20 per share and distributions on LTIP units of $ 0.20 per unit for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Company declared total dividends on common shares of $ 0.18 per share and distributions on LTIP units of $ 0.18 per unit for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The dividends on common shares and distributions on LTIP units were as follows:

Preferred Dividends
