In order to accelerate the execution of the strategy for the period 2021−2025,
Glaston has reorganized the company structure. The intention of the
organizational change is to enhance the customer experience with lifecycle
solutions and improve operational excellence and efficiency.
The new company structure came into effect on October 1, 2023. Glaston has two
Business Areas (BA): Architecture and Mobility, Display & Solar. The
Architecture BA consists of flat tempering and laminating technologies and
insulating glass technologies and related service business, and the Mobility,
Display & Solar BA consists of pre-processing and heat treatment technologies
and related service business for the mobility, display and solar glass markets.
The Group's Business Areas Architecture and Mobility, Display & Solar are the
same as the operating segments and the reporting segments. Unaudited comparable
Q1/2022−Q3/2023 quarterly and full-year 2022 financial information for the new
reportable segments and product areas is presented below.
