Depreciation expense for the period from June 7, 2025, through October 31, 2025 (Successor) was $257,168. For the period from May 1, 2025, through June 6, 2025 (Predecessor) depreciation expense was $6,746 and for the six months ended October 31, 2024 (Predecessor), depreciation expense was $50,307.
