2	BASIS OF PRESENTATION

The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the three months ended March 31, 2020 have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for interim financial information and with the instructions to Form

10-Q

and Rule

of Regulation

S-X.

They do not include all information and notes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments of a normal recurring nature considered necessary for fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2020 are subject to seasonal variations and

may be

impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and accordingly are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending December 31, 2020. For further information, refer to the Consolidated Financial Statements and notes thereto included in our Annual Report on Form

Other than as described below, there were no changes to our significant accounting policies described in our annual financial statements that had a material impact on our financial statements and related notes.
