Financial Instruments	9 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS The Company records accounts receivable, accounts payable, accrued liabilities and debt at amortized cost. The carrying values of these instruments approximate their fair value due to their short-term maturities. For its minority investments, the Company has elected the practicability election to fair value measurement, under which the investment is measured at cost, less impairment, plus or minus observable price changes of an identical or similar investment.
