Related Party Transaction And Balances	12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS AND BALANCES The Company leases its Rose office building from a company employee who also owns a minority interest in Rose. For the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, the Company paid C$213, C$163 and C$30, respectively to lease this office space. One of the Company's employees is related to a member of the Company’s executive management team and received approximately $118, $115 and $114 in salary and benefits during the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
