SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9.            SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Additional Sales under ATM Program Subsequent to June 30, 2024 and through August 7, 2024, the Company sold an aggregate of 521,003 shares of common stock under the ATM Program at an average price of approximate $4.77 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $2.5 million. The Company paid cash commissions on the gross proceeds, plus reimbursement of expenses to the placement agent in the aggregate amount of approximately $76,400.
