The Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation authorizes the Company to issue 200,000,000 shares of $0.001 par value common stock.
The holders of common stock are entitled to receive dividends whenever funds and assets are legally available and when declared by the Board of Directors. As of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, no dividends had been declared.
