Related Party Transactions	20. Related party transactions      Other payables, as of September 30, 2018, include a loan of approximately $0.1 million obtained from JAA Holdings Proprietary Limited, a South African private company partly owned by Mr. A.J. Dunn, an executive officer of the Company. The loan is payable on demand and interest is payable at the South African prime rate, which was 10.0% as of September 30, 2018. The loan was repaid in full on October 31, 2018.      DNI leases a building that is owned by a company in which Mr. A.J. Dunn has a direct shareholding of 16%. During the three months ended September 30, 2018, DNI paid rental of approximately $1.0 million.
