Related Party Transactions	23. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Transact24 had an existing relationship in place between itself and a company controlled by the spouse of Transact24's Managing Director at the time of the Transact24 acquisition during the year ended June 30, 2016. This arrangement therefore was also in place before the Managing Director became an executive officer of the Company. This relationship was disclosed to the Company during the due diligence process and has been considered by the Company's management to be critical to the ongoing operations of Transact24. The company controlled by the spouse of the managing director performs transaction processing and Transact24 provides technical and administration services to the company. The Company has recorded revenue of approximately $0.4 million, $4.4 million and $4.2 million related to this relationship during the years ended June 30, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively. Transact24's Managing Director has an indirect interest in these transactions as a result of his relationship with his spouse, with an approximate value of $0.1 million, $0.3 million and $1.6 million during the years ended June 30, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively. No amounts were due to the Company as of June 30, 2019. The Company was due $0.2 million, as of June 30, 2018, related to the service provided by Transact24 and these amounts are included in accounts receivable, net and other receivables as of June 30, 2018. DNI leased a building that was owned by a company in which Mr. A.J. Dunn, DNI's Chief Executive Officer, has a direct shareholding of 16%. The property was sold in November 2018. During the nine months ended March 31, 2019, DNI paid rental of approximately $1.0 million. On April 2, 2019, the Company's board of directors determined that Mr. A.J. Dunn no longer performs a policy-making function by virtue of the change in his position within the Net1 group and is, therefore, no longer an executive officer.
