Resignation of Nunthakumarin Pillay as Managing Director: Southern Africa

On March 15, 2021, Mr. Pillay resigned his position as Managing Director: Southern Africa. Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") and Mr. Pillay have mutually agreed that Mr. Pillay's last day of employment will be April 30, 2021.
