The Company

management solutions
 
and merchant
 
acquiring services,
 
including an
 
integrated
platform for
 
the distribution
 
of value-added
 
services; transaction
 
processing services;
 
financial inclusion
 
products and
 
services, and
secure payment technology. The
 
Company operates a
 
payment processor in South
 
Africa. The Company
 
offers debit, credit
 
and prepaid
processing and issuing services for all major payment networks. In South Africa, the Company provides innovative low-cost financial
inclusion products, including banking, lending and insurance.
Disaggregation of revenue
Certain revenue from the Company’s
 
legacy processing activities which were ceased during the year
 
ended June 30, 2021, have
not been allocated to the Company’s current reportable operating segments
 
and are presented as “Unallocated” in
 
the table for the year
ended June 30, 2021.
