Subsequent Events	(11)Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events from September 30, 2018 through the date of the issuance of these condensed consolidated financial statements. On October 19, 2018, the Company announced that it exercised its option to mandatorily exchange the entirety of the 2017 Notes into ADSs.
