<P STYLE="margin-top:6pt; margin-bottom:0pt; font-size:10pt; font-family:Times New Roman">On November&nbsp;1, 2019, Gladstone Land Corporation (the &#147;Company&#148;), through a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gladstone Land Limited Partnership (the
&#147;Operating Partnership&#148;), closed on the acquisition of approximately 1,100 gross acres of farmland in Coalinga, California, for $37&nbsp;million consisting of 1,040 planted acres of mature pistachio trees (the &#147;Acquisition&#148;) from
RTS Orchards LLC (the &#147;Seller&#148;). The Seller of the Properties is not a related party to the Company or its affiliates and does not have a material relationship with the Company or its affiliates, other than with respect to the Acquisition.
This is the second closing of a <FONT STYLE="white-space:nowrap">two-part</FONT> acquisition with the first closing completed on August&nbsp;16, 2019. </P>

&#151; Gladstone Land Corporation (Nasdaq: LAND) (&#147;Gladstone Land&#148; or the &#147;Company&#148;) announced that it has acquired approximately 1,100 gross acres of farmland in Coalinga, California, for $37&nbsp;million. The farm consists of
1,040 planted acres of mature pistachio trees. This was the second and final phase of the purchase of this orchard that includes an eight-year, <FONT STYLE="white-space:nowrap">triple-net</FONT> lease agreement with RTS Agri Business and Canoas
Creek Pistachios. The first phase closed in August for $33&nbsp;million. </P> <P STYLE="margin-top:12pt; margin-bottom:0pt; font-size:10pt; font-family:Times New Roman">&#147;This completes our $70&nbsp;million purchase of nearly 2,000 acres of
