Acquisitions	Acquisitions 2021 Acquisition of Hawker Equipment Solutions On December 20, 2021, we acquired certain assets of Hawker Equipment Solutions, LLC (“Hawker”) for total cash consideration of $5.1 million, of which, $3.4 million was paid in the fourth quarter of 2021 with the balance expected to be paid over the subsequent five years, including $0.5 million paid in the first nine months of 2022. Hawker is a manufacturer of hydraulic pickup and laydown units. This acquisition is included in the Drilling product line within the Drilling and Downhole segment. The fair values of the assets acquired and liabilities assumed, as well as the pro forma results of operations for this acquisition, have not been presented because they are not material to the consolidated financial statements.
